Do you sell to individual jewellers, or only large accounts?
Individual jewellers, designers, and small studios are the heart of our trade business. There is no account size requirement — there is a trade requirement. If you make or sell jewellery professionally, you qualify.
How does shipping work, and who carries the risk in transit?
Stones ship from Colombo via Malca-Amit, Brinks, FedEx, or Post, fully insured, with export documentation prepared by us. Risk transfers on delivery. Typical transit to North America, Europe, or East Asia is 3–5 working days.
Can I see a stone before committing?
The 360° imaging is designed to answer most evaluation questions remotely, and for significant stones we offer certification-contingent purchase so an independent lab verifies before you pay. Viewing arrangements for buyers visiting Sri Lanka, or at trade shows we attend, can be discussed directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is standard for trade transactions. Terms and any alternatives are discussed when your trade account is set up.
Can you recut or modify a stone before shipping?
Yes. Recutting, repolishing, and precision calibration are done in-house. If a stone in the stocklist is close but not exact for your setting, ask — adjusting it is often straightforward.
